    Loved it!!! Saw it on IG for the $10 Tuesday/Thursday pasta, was on that side of town one Tuesday and decided to try it. So if you're doing pick up you have to order 3 as a minimum. If you're dining in there is no minimum. When I called it was loud like a party was going on but I was able to get my order placed. We did the shrimp scampi, fettuccine al tartufo, and frutti di mare. When I got there the party had died down but I was able to meet the owner, Charlie himself. Super nice and hospitable guy. He told me they party Tuesdays but that Thursday's aren't that way, if the live music isn't your vibe. Everything was packaged nicely but beyond that everything was DELICIOUS! The scampi had good sized shrimps and the sauce was delectable! I almost scarfed the tartufo, y'all know I love my truffles and this didn't disappoint. I tasted the frutti, fine but not my jam. It's intended recipient was delighted. All in all it's a bit far for us but worth the drive. The foods epic and the prices are unheard of in this economy. The parking lot is busy, but there's spots. The menu is diverse and has a lot of variety with other things I want to try. Do yourself a favor!!!

    I purchased the steak and pasta and it tasted phenomenal especially for the price of 9$ during their special. I was able to order my food on the phone for pick-up. The place looks amazing inside and plenty of seating. I love going prior to the busy times so I was in-n-out in minutes.

    First time trying CheeseTime Italian fusion today & Oh Ma Gawd is this place fantastic! Walked in and treated by Adriana who was doing it all. Managing, bartending & serving. The ambience is beautiful, classic Italian & clean. I came in for their $10 pasta all day special. Such an amazing deal!! Some of these are over $20. I went with the number 1 seller the Lasagna (ordinarily $19) and so glad it did. I was making yummy noises the whole time. Loaded with cheese & so much flavor. I'll definitely be coming back for their other amazing daily specials too. If you're on the Weat side this spot is a must.

    I tried the shrimp scampi to go, along with some other orders. There was definitely a sufficient amount of shrimp! The food was delicious but I'll admit I had to add a little flavor(pepper/red pepper/ garlic powder, lemon and more Parmesan cheese) when I got home. I would love to see more pasta but for the price I'm ok with this. I absolutely recommend. The service was good. Inside was actually a bit larger than what I would expect. Definitely worth trying. Side note for the owners - consider bowl to go dishes or something square. My pasta fell in my lap while holding it up to eat. I went in to pierce a shrimp and the container kind of wobbled and the buttery noodles slid off my plate lol. Thank you for the delicious pasta though, I will still be back! (:
